Terms of Service
Version 1.5 · Effective 2026-10-20
These terms are an agreement between you and Peachy House LLC ("we", "us"), covering your use of Seedpack at https://seedpack.app. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Seedpack was called SeedJam until 20 October 2026. Only the name changed: it is the same service, run by the same company, and your account and rooms carry over as they are.
1. Who can use it
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are using Seedpack for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google or GitHub account. Keep that account secure: anything done while signed in as you is treated as done by you. Use your own account, not someone else's, and don't make a profile that pretends to be another person.
You can edit your profile or delete your account at any time from Your jams (https://seedpack.app/me). We may suspend or close an account that breaks the acceptable use section below, or that we reasonably believe is harming Seedpack or the people using it. Where it is practical and lawful we will tell you why first. If we close an account that had paid for something still running, we refund the unused part.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Seedpack to break the law, or to help anyone else do so. Specifically, do not:
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or endanger anyone
- open accounts to get around a block, or to fill rooms with fake people
- scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract from the site
- probe, attack, overload, or otherwise interfere with it
- reverse-engineer or resell it
Do not post anything confidential, personal information about other people, or anything you do not have the right to share. We may remove content and block access for breaking this section.
4. What you post
You keep ownership of the prompts and ideas you submit. You give us permission to store them, show them to everyone in the room, put them in the room's recap, and process them as described here. We don't check what people post and aren't responsible for it.
AI processing. When AI features are switched on, they run in every room, free or paid: a room's prompts, ideas, added lines and vote counts are sent to Anthropic, whose Claude models group similar ideas, draft the room's deliverable, ask the one question the finished draft doesn't answer, write the teaser and, in an unlocked room, write the spec. Names are not sent. Anthropic processes this content as our service provider under its commercial terms, which say it may not train models on it. If you don't want something sent to an AI provider, don't put it in a room. Rooms played under earlier terms are never sent.
To report something that should come down, email hello@schleuger.com with the room code and we will deal with it.
5. Seed packets, recaps and AI output
A seed packet summarises your room's votes. It is provided as-is: we don't promise it is complete, correct or fit for any decision. If you paste it into an AI tool, that tool's terms apply to what happens next, and you are responsible for checking anything it produces.
A recap is a saved copy of a finished session at its own link. Anyone with the link, or with the room code, can read it. Free recaps work for 7 days and recaps in an unlocked room for 1 year.
Teasers and specs are written by an AI from your room's votes. They can be wrong, incomplete or confidently mistaken. They are suggestions, not advice, and you are responsible for checking anything that matters before you act on it.
6. Paid plans
Running a session, joining, voting and the seed packet are free. What we sell, and its price, is shown before you pay:
- Room pass, US$9, one-time, for one room. It keeps the room's recap for 1 year without our branding, adds issues ready to file and up to 3 AI-written specs, and lets up to 50 people join before the first round (a free room takes 10 then, and everyone after it starts).
- Team plan, US$39 a month or US$390 a year, for one team of up to 25 accounts. Every room a member of the team hosts while the plan is active is unlocked the way a pass unlocks one room. The person who buys it can invite members with a link; anyone who follows that link and signs in joins the team, so share it only with your team.
- Founding Team, US$199 a year, offered to a limited number of teams. It is a team plan at a locked price. "Price locked" means you keep paying US$199 a year for as long as the subscription stays active; if it ends, a new one is at the price of the day.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices may not include taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply.
Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing link on your team page or in your receipt, or by emailing hello@schleuger.com; you keep access to the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds. We refund a room pass on request within 14 days of buying it, and the first charge of a subscription on request within 14 days of it. Email hello@schleuger.com with the room code or the email on the receipt. If two people pay for the same room, the second payment is refunded automatically. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Anything an AI already wrote for a refunded room stays where it is.
Starting straight away. A pass is delivered the moment payment completes. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase, you ask us to supply it immediately and accept that the right ends once it has been supplied; our 14-day refund above still applies.
Price changes. We give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects a subscription you already have, and a locked Founding Team price doesn't change while the subscription is active.
7. Our content
The software, design, text and branding are ours or our licensors'. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond ordinary use of the site.
8. Availability
We are building this actively. Features change and sometimes go away. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. No warranties
Seedpack is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Seedpack. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD $100.
Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the courts there.
12. Changes
We will update this page as Seedpack changes. Material changes bump the version at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
